Plan and conduct swimming lessons based on the participants' age, skill level, and individual needs.
- Demonstrate and teach various swimming strokes, techniques, and water safety skills.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage skill development and build confidence.
- In addition to teaching swimming skills, provide comprehensive water safety education.
- Educate participants about the dangers of water, basic rescue techniques, and how to respond in emergency situations.
- Emphasize the importance of wearing appropriate safety gear and following pool rules.
- Assess the swimming abilities of participants and identify areas that need improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to help individuals enhance their swimming skills and overall water safety knowledge.
- Conduct evaluations and certifications, such as the American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification.
- Effectively communicate with participants and their parents or guardians regarding lesson schedules, progress, and any safety concerns.
- Foster open communication to address questions or concerns from participants and their families.
- Ensure the swimming facility is safe and follows all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor participants during lessons to prevent accidents and respond promptly to any emergencies.
- Keep accurate records of participant progress, attendance, and any incidents during lessons.
- Complete required paperwork for certifications and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing participant needs, resolving concerns, and creating a positive experience for all.

**Salary**: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
