**Job Scope**:
The System Engineer is accountable to build, maintain and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure and operating systems coordinating with internal stakeholders on the assessment, design and upgrades and overseeing a team of System Engineers.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Administer and monitor IT infrastructure and ensure it is healthy.
- Troubleshoot issues and enhance service.
- Provide first and second-line support to IT infrastructure and user-client problems.
- Write and update troubleshooting guild for end-user support.
- Prepare and update end-user guild for how to use the solution features.
- Able to maintain IT infrastructure and keep it updated with the new release.
- Can review and approve Microsoft security patches prior to deployments.
- Do required OS support and VMware support.

**Requirements**:

- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent.
- Saudi Nationality Only.
- Based in Jubail City.
- Has 5+ years in the Virtualization and Citrix domain.
- Has experience in VSAN & VMware vCloud components.
- Expert in Design, installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and testing VMware infrastructure solutions.
- Has technical knowledge of multiple Infrastructure domains such as (servers, Citrix, virtualization, Linux, Windows, database, storage, network, etc.)
- Has sound interpersonal skills to communicate with others (verbally and written).
- Has the technical knowledge to provide quality assurance service to the Infrastructure domain (review and enhance current ITIL processes, trend analysis, and improvements)
- Has at least one up-to-date advanced professional certification in VMware, Hyper-V, and/or Citrix.
- Has at least training or one professional certification in VMware vSAN: Management and Operations.
- Autonomously carries out the run and maintain of Virtualization Infrastructure services using VMware and Hyper-V products and Citrix products.
