Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Growth And Business Development Manager to join our team In this role you will get to provide management and oversight for all financial, contractual and regulatory matters on a large project. Responsible for creating and updating the financial model and supplying critical financial information to the Project Manager and GBU management on a timely basis. Responsible for project change order control, as well as the startup, administration and closing of project field offices. Willingness to relocate to the project job site at the appropriate time (if required) is a prerequisite for this position.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the growth and development of the SEZ in alignment with RC JCPDI Strategic Plan & Objectives.
- Raise international profile & awareness of JCPDI SEZ as an attractive investment location destination through various avenues including organization of seminars, participation at selected trade fairs and exhibitions as well as digital marketing channels.
- Identify and target potential investors, industries, and businesses that can foster growth within the SEZ, while taking into account the zone's competitive advantages and unique features.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign investors, government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and transparent communication.
- Develop and promote investment incentives, schemes, and policies in collaboration with relevant government entities to attract potential investors.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline business operations, reduce bureaucratic hurdles, and improve ease of doing business in the SEZ.
- Monitor economic and market trends to adjust strategies, identify potential investors, and address any challenges or obstacles faced by businesses within the designated zone.
- Evaluate and assess the performance of the SEZ in terms of business growth, job creation, and infrastructure development to ensure it meets established goals and contributes to overall regional development.
- Organize conferences, seminars, and other events to promote the SEZ to potential investors, institutions, and the general public.
- Facilitate negotiations and mediate conflicts between businesses, stakeholders, and government entities within the SEZ, ensuring a conducive environment for business expansion and economic growth.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders regarding project progress, economic growth indicators, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain and develop SEZ investment promotion data management including but not limited to internal CRM and pipeline dashboards management.
- Recommend and/or coordinate updates to Investment Promotion websites, social media and campaigns as needed.
- Recommend and support the development of marketing plans or campaigns that aim to achieve the goals and targets set within the RC Investment Development Division.
- The successful applicant will be based in JCPDI but will be required to travel extensively both within and outside of the Kingdom.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Proven track record of generating strong business and attracting investments in projects, including blue-chip investors.
- Demonstrable exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders and potential investors across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong ability to identify competitors and identifying unique selling points and initiatives to beat them.
- Knowledge of Saudi Government organizations and current Kingdom level initiatives and policy is preferred but not required.
- Able to work under mínimal supervision, with initiative and proactiveness.
- Excellent English communication skills required and additional fluency in other languages preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and CRM tools.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA/Master’s degree preferable.
- Minimum 15 years of business development experience, including a minimum of 5 years’ experience in SEZ investment promotion and attraction.
- Business Development experience within the regional Middle East is preferred but not required.
