**Position Overview**

Based at BanoPuratos in Saudi Arabia, in order to further strengthen our Saudi team, we are currently seeking a:
**Showroom Coordinator**

(_Jeddah_)

Provide excellent service to showroom clients and promote professionally all type of products.

**Key Tasks**
- Promote and sell BanoPuratos’ products to walk in customers.
- Provide sales and administrative support through various duties such as taking customers’ orders, follow-up on customers’ transactions, and invoice sales orders.
- Provide support to the sales department and customers during the sales process.
- Help walk-in customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure high level of customer’s satisfaction.
- Responsible about the showroom’s inventory and transfers.
- Request the needed/missing products for the showroom.
- Responsible of handling mails received and contact courier companies for external mail.
- Communicating with the procurement department, in coordination with the warehouse department, to set the needed goods from different suppliers.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when needed.

**Job Profile**
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to develop in depth knowledge of the products and the markets
