**JOB OBJECTIVE**:
As an IT Specialist focusing on presales and project delivery, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process, designing tailored IT solutions, and overseeing the successful implementation of projects along with supporting the teams during operations. This role bridges technical expertise with business acumen to deliver value-driven solutions for clients and travel whenever required including risky countries
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions to prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos and PoCs.
- Develop detailed solution designs, including architecture diagrams, bill of materials (BoM), and cost estimates.
- Assist in proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
- Oversee IT project scope lifecycles from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the technical lead for deployment and configuration of solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions to advise clients effectively.
- Provide support to operations team for any IT requirements arising from customer request.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS).
- Extensive knowledge of Servers, Storage and backup technologies.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with load balancing and security solutions and practices (e.g., IDS/IPS, SIEM Sandboxes, EDR, Firewalls and hardening).
- Knowledge of Containers solutions (such as Kubernetes and OpenShift).
- High level knowledge of DB platforms (e.g., Oracle, MySQL and MSSQL).
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects scope, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Research and recommend innovative technologies to improve IT Ops.
- Strong understanding of system integration and enterprise architecture.
- Understanding of backup & disaster recovery solutions with idea of disaster recovery strategies
- Understanding of Business Continuity planning.
