**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Presentations**: Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our software solutions to prospects and clients.
- **Needs Assessment**: Understand customer pain points and requirements through in-depth conversations, and recommend the most appropriate software solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including both new customer acquisition and expanding sales to existing clients.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, key stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales opportunities, and pipeline updates within the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, including forecasts and progress toward individual and team targets.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in software or technology sales, preferably in SaaS (Software as a Service) or enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of the software industry and technology trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of software development, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure is a plus.
Pay: ﷼1,500.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
