**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and maintain all legal documentation necessary for company operations.
- Oversee legal documents, procedures, and employee-related requirements.
- Experience in Misa-related tasks.
- Manage commercial registration processes in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with KSA government labor portals.
- Register and manage accounts in Muqem, Qiwa, GOSI, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage with clients, offering guidance as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Immediate availability for the position.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
