**- Acting as the main technical adviser and manager on site for subcontractors, foremen and crafts people.**

**- Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.**

**- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.**

**- Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.**

**- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design and specification.**

**- Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.**

**- Liaising with consultants and their representatives (engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.**

**- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.**

**- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plants, equpments, subcontrators and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.**

**- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.**

**- Preparing reports as required.**

**- Requirements**:
**o Civil Engineer.**

**o Experience in construction projects over 50 million USD.**

**o Minimum experience of 5 years in Middle East in construction projects. Total experience over 10 years.**

**o Previous experience in industrial buildings, warehouses and/or rail projects. At least 3 projects.**

**o Familiar with British and American Standards.**

**o Commercial awareness - an understanding of how your actions can affect profitability of a project.**

**o Technical skills.**

**o Leadership and management.**

**o High level Ms Office 365.**

**o Languages: English (professional level).**

**o Availability to join the team in Jubail (Saudi Arabia) in the next 2 to 4 months.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
