- rovides support and guidance to the Project Director and liaises and coordinates with all other team members. S
- upports the Project Director as required in the development and implementation of procedures, systems, and reports to address Project status and forecasts. R
- eviewing the Project Execution Plans. M
- onitor’s performance to assure successful delivery of the Key Performance Indicators. D
- evelops and maintains an automated dashboard based on and associated with Primavera that allows for the efficient capturing, storing, retrieval, and reporting of technical and business information including progress and schedule status. Power BI has been designated to be used as the automated technical reporting computer system. S
- upport the project management team to assess variations and claims and reports to the impact of the proposed changes. S
- upport the project management team to advise of any foreseen slippage of Progress and review Contractor’s corrective actions. S
- upport the project management team to monitor the Contractor performance and conformance to the Project Agreement milestones’ requirements, S
- upport the project management team to Review fortnightly and monthly reports as presented by the Contractor/IC and present comments of non-compliance, and / or areas of concern and corrective actions. R
- eview and report with comments for the Construction programme reviews or amendments. C
- ontinues appraisal and improvement of the project controls elements to ensure adequacy and efficiency.

- achelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. T
- en to fifteen years of experience in a similar role. E
- xtensive knowledge of Primavera P6 is required. E
- xtensive knowledge of Power BI is required. E
- xperience working on PPP projects, claims and EPC/Turnkey projects is highly desirable. P
- ossessing a PMP-SP (Project Manager Professional - Scheduler Professional PMI) Certificate or an equivalent certificate. A
- bility to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. E
- xcellent command of written and spoken English. S
- trong analytical and interpersonal skills. A
- bility to work effectively both independently and in team environments. R
