The Jubail Area Pipeline Supervisor has overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and emergency response of the regulated and non-regulated pipeline systems within the Jubail Area and future growth areas within the Kingdom.
- Reporting to the Pipeline Supervisor will be 2 - 3 Pipeline Technicians. In addition the Pipeline Supervisor will be providing leadership and direction to support resources from the Jubail Site Maintenance resources for Technical Support in areas of Pipeline Metering and Pipeline Control.
- The Pipeline Supervisor is also responsible for the communication, engagement and leadership of non-core pipeline teams when required to support the overall management of the pipeline system : Corporate Real Estate, Corporate Process Safety, the Air Products Pipeline Group as requried, the APQ Project Organization, and the APQ Engineering team.
- The Air Products’ Qudra pipeline network provides hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and CO2 to the Jubail area customer base. The pipeline is ~ 100 km in total.**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**
This position is accountable for the following end results:
- Ensure the pipeline systems are being safely operated in accordance with Air Products Qudra EH&S Standards, Engineering Standards, DOT / PHMSA Pipeline regulations and other pipeline regulatory requirements to protect personnel, communities, the environment and ensure APQ are protecting the ability to operate the Jubail Industrial Gas Hub Tonnage Supply Chain.
- Ensure the pipeline systems and Customer Delivery Stations, Pressure Reducing stations and future Compressor Stations are safely, accurately and reliably delivering product to our customers while actively controlling costs,driving out waste and looking for improvement / asset management opportunity’s.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination is provided to the many internal pipeline stakeholders: Customer Service Centers, Business Team, Supply Chain, APQ Engineering, and APQ Plant Operations.
- Ensure the proper level of community and government relations in the pipeline corridors is achieved to ensure APQ maintains the “license to operate” within the communities as well as positioning Air Products Qudra for future pipeline growth.
- Provide the link into and provide leadership to key Corporate functions: Process Safety, Real Estate, the Air Products Pipeline team.
- Ownership, development and execution of the pipeline emergency response plan across the system.
- Serve as operations Single Point of Contact for the pipeline projects.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- 10+ years experience in the plant, maintenance or engineering management.
- Asset Management and Continuous Improvement (Yellow Belt minimum)
- A demonstrated commitment to following, evolving, developing and creating work process.
- Experience in the management, execution and compliance of significant regulatory requirements.
- Demostrated track record and commitment to “Operational Excellence”.
- An understanding of Local and National pipeline regulations is required.
