**Responsibilities**

As a **Service Planner** you will be responsible for:

- Operational activities in Service Repair (SR), Service Agreement (SA)
- Coordination with supervisors for site inspections and planning of jobs and closing work orders
- Planning PPM visits of Service Agreement (SA) assigned to each zone per location, Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
- Scheduling of job execution in coordination with the Supervisor/ Customer & Sales Team
- All SAP activities for SA & SR and attach documents in CRM on time
- Monitoring team utilization & productivity and reported in monthly basis

**Requirements**:
To be successful as a **Service Planner **you need to have:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience as a dispatcher may be preferred
- Experience minimum 2 years with SAP CRM - ECC
- Great English and Arabic skills spoken and written

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Documentation
- Excellent computer skills, familiar with SAP CRM and ECC
