**Who are we looking for?***:
We are looking for Sr.Quality Engineer to Develop Quality related Project Execution Instructions (PEI) within the Invitation to Bid (ITB) Documents according to project scope for effective alignment of Contractors obligations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Science-related field
- Minimum12 years including:

- 5 Years Quality Assurance in Office Environment
- 7 Years Quality Control and Inspection in Field / Shop Environment
- RFI's planning is met
- NCR's Closure
- Inspectors compliance to ITP
- Sound technical knowledge related to welding, NDT, Heat Treatment, inspection & testing.
- Knowledge of Engineering Standards, local codes and international standards and codes.
- Ability to prepare / review Inspection & Test Plans and procedures in petro chemical projects.
- Ability to resolve differences between applicable codes and standards.
- Interdisciplinary exposure.
- Ability to judge the ability of Contractors, vendors and third party inspection agencies in providing acceptable quality of equipment and services.
- Ability to identify quality trends and issues using quality reports, audit reports etc. select the issues to be highlighted to the management.

**Duties and responsibilities**
***:

- Systematically review Bid proposals received from Contractors and issue comprehensive bid scoring sheet from Quality perspective to assist Managment in selection of the suitable Contractor.
- Review & approve EPC / Contractors' Project specific Quality Management System based on contract requirements.
- Review & approve Inspection & Test plans developed by EPC / Contractors are based upon the Standard Inspection & Test Plans provided by COMPANY.
- Monitor that Inspections and tests are carried out as per the approved inspection & test plans and make sure that Witness and Hold points are covered by assigned discipline Inspectors.
- Prepare and submit monthly quality reports (PQI). Provide support to field QA/QC team, resolution of field NCRs,and in case of quality concerns initiate appropriate actions.
- Ensure that document control is maintained so that only latest revision of documents are used.
- Review of Quality Managment System.
