- dentify and inventory risks associated with the claim’s evaluation process. P
- repare the Risk Register, defining challenges and issues properly. R
- eport on potential risks and their responses within the procedural evaluation. P
- repare the risk mitigation plan for this stage, including coordination and analytical study. F
- acilitate meetings with relevant parties to identify and assess procedural risks. S

tage 2: Technical and contractual evaluation of the claim. A
- ssess risks related to technical specifications and contractual requirements. U
- tilize knowledge of contract management and procurement to identify and mitigate risks. I
- mplement a risk management plan specific to technical and contractual evaluation. F
- acilitate meetings to identify, assess, and evaluate risk issues related to technicalities. S

tage 3: Financial evaluation of the claim. I
- dentify risks associated with financial indicators, price references, and cost accounts. A
- nalyze and mitigate risks related to direct and indirect cost evaluation. F
- acilitate risk assessments related to inflation rates, wage changes, and compensation calculations. I
- mplement the risk management plan with an emphasis on financial procedures and analysis. S

tage 4: Lessons learned and development of procedures. I
- dentify and evaluate risks in the development of policies, procedures, and contractual terms. F
- acilitate risk management in creating reference guides, databases, and training modules. A
- nalyze lessons learned and observations to reduce future risks. I
- mplement a comprehensive risk management plan to support the entire claim management process. O

- he Risk Manager should possess a strong background in various aspects of project delivery systems and possess excellent communication skills. T
- he Risk Manager will facilitate ongoing meetings with clients, consultants, and other management teams, including dealing with costs, claims, change order management, and conflict resolution.

- achelor's degree in Engineering/Management from an accredited university. M
- inimum of 15+ years of experience in Engineering and/or Project Management and in a functional role as Risk Manager on mega projects. P
- roven experience and skills in identifying problems, evaluating alternatives, and finding solutions. - Reliability and initiative to succeed without direct supervision. U
- nderstanding the Israeli aspects of the context in the Kingdom. P
- roven experience and familiarity with commercial risk management practices and procedures, preferably in a similar cutting context. P
- revious experience in identifying risks (costs/schedule quality/safety). P
- revious experience maintaining risk management databases (eg. Active Risk Management program). P
- revious experience with ERM procedures. T
- he position requires an Arabic fluent speaker since most of the communication with the client and documents are in Arabic. #
