**دراسة كل وصفة وجمع كل المكونات اللازمة لتحضير الوجبات.**

**طهي الطعام والتأكد من التقديم في الوقت المناسب.**

**توزيع المهام لفريق العمل الخاص بالمطبخ.**

**إبلاغ فريق العمل الأطباق اليومية وتحديد قوائم الطعام اليومية.**

**الإشراف على تقديم أطباق جذابة بشكل دوري.**

**الإشراف على الطهاة وتقديم المساعدة عند الحاجة.**

**تعديل الوصفات لتلبية احتياجات العملاء وطلباتهم.**

**مراقبة مخزون المواد الغذائية و الإبلاغ عن الاحتياجات بشكل دوري.**

**التأكد والمراجعة على تقديم الطعام في حالة طازجة.**

**مراجعة الوصفات والتأكد من المكونات والطعم المناسب وتقديم الاقتراحات لتحسين المذاق.**

**الإشراف على تطبيق لوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية لفريق العمل داخل المطبخ**

**إعداد وتزيين الأطباق بشكل جذاب وشهي ويتذوق الطعام قبل تقديمه**

**تحديد قوائم الطعام والأسعار الخاصة بها**

**المهارات اللازمة لوظيفة Head Chef**

**الخبرة في التعامل مع المعدات والأدوات المختلفة داخل المطبخ.**

**معرفة جيدة بتقنيات الطهي وتحضير الطعام.**

**القدرة على التعاون وقيادة فريق العمل وتقسيم المهام.**

**اجادة تطبيق التعليمات الصحية وتعليمات حفظ الانواع المختلفة من الطعام.**

**القدرة على تنظيم الوقت والقيام بمهام مختلفة.**

**اجادة التعامل مع برامج الكمبيوتر وبرامج مايكروسوفت اوفيس و اكسل.**

**الاطلاع المستمر على التقنيات الحديثة لفنون الطهي ومتابعة مجال الطهي.**

**التعرف على الأعطال المختلفة بشكل سريع والإبلاغ عنها.**

**اجادة ادارة فريق العمل بشكل محترف**

**معرفة بالأنظمة المطبقة**

**القدرة على اعداد القوائم المختلفة و المنوعة بحسب الطلب**

**خبرة لا تقل عن عشر سنوات بمجال ال High End Catering**

**المهارات الشخصية المطلوبة لوظيفة الشيف أو الطباخ**

**مهارة تحضير الوجبات بطريقة إبداعية وتحقيق عنصر التناغم البصري في الأطباق المُقدمة.**

**القدرة على ابتكار وجبات جديدة بمكونات متناسقة مع بعضها من حيث توازن النكهات.**

**يجب أن يتمتع الشيف أو الطباخ بشغف الطهي، وأيضًا التحلي بالصبر والمرونة لمواجهة التحديات الطارئة بشأن الطعام أو المطبخ نفسه والسيطرة عليها بحلول وأفكار ذكية.**

**المؤهلات والدورات التدريبية المطلوبة لوظيفة Head Chef**

**ومن اهم متطلبات العمل في وظيفة الشيف مايلي:

- **

**مؤهل فني أو الالتحاق ببرامج التعليم المهني في مجال فنون الطهي.**

**بكالوريوس أو شهادة مُعترف بها من كليات أو معاهد السياحة والفنادق.**

**الالتحاق بدورات تدريبية في مجال الطهي والضيافة وإدارة المطبخ.**

**الحصول على دورات تدريبية متعلقة بالصحة والسلامة الغذائية وكيفية الالتزام بمعايير النظافة للحفاظ على جودة الأطعمة.**

**تنمية المهارات اللغوية من خلال دورات اللغات، فقد يحتاج الشيف إلى التعامل مع العملاء ممن يتحدثون بلغات مختلفة عن لغته وكذلك الأمر مع زملاء العمل كتابة و قراءة**

**متمكن باللغة الانجليزية و العربية قراءة و كتابة**

**الخبرة العملية في مجال المطبخ لا تقل عن عشر سنين بمجال الفنادق الخمسة نجوم و High End Catering.**

**الحصول على شهادة مزاولة مهنة الطبخ.**
