**Responsibilities**
- Preparing a proposed strategic and operational plan for the strategic management, and supervising the preparation, updating and implementation of the entity’s strategic plan In light of the strategic directions of the group and companies, their management and divisions, ands develop the performance indicators.
- Monitoring administrative processes such as planning, budget preparation, reports, service delivery, control, evaluation and improvement.
- Strengthening relationships with external partners to establish strategic partnerships in developing, motivating internal partners, and managing change to ensure Achieving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading, directing, reviewing and approving the company’s plans, departments, their performance indicators, and the quality of management’s operations, and developing Suggestions needed to improve work and submit them to higher management for approval and action.
- Develop internal plans to develop a culture of team building and continuous learning to ensure that work is delivered at the highest quality.
- Periodic follow-up of performance indicators, review of completion rates, performance evaluation of management staff, and preparation of the annual report. management and submit it to senior management with integrated reports on the various levels of performance in the entity such as the overall level and the level of units The sub-level and the level of programs and projects for the leadership of the entity and other related parties on a periodic basis in a way that supports decision-making and development performance levels.
- Periodic follow-up of internal and external work environment changes and to ensure the continuity of the effectiveness of the approved plans and/or the necessity of amending them Providing the necessary support to the direct manager, and performing any other tasks assigned to him.
- Supporting capacity building in the various departments of the entity in the areas of planning, project management, crisis and disaster management and risk reduction evaluation and follow-up.
- Leading, supporting and motivating the work team in the affiliated units to achieve the best levels of performance, while working to continuously develop and build their capabilities.
- Directs all activities and operations of strategic planning with its organizational sub-divisions, policies and management of institutional performance to achieve priorities and management objectives.
- Ensure that the company's general strategic plan is consistent with the development plans managed by the state.

**Qualifications**
- Master of Business Administration
- At least 12 years of experience as a Director of Strategic Management.
- Experience in joint stock and industrial companies.
- Experience in evaluating businesses, companies and establishments using the pestle, swot system.
- Ability to manage risks and crises.
- Organization and planning skills.
- Decision making skills.
- Follow-up and implementation skills.
- Project management.
