**JOB SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the baby care sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the features and benefits of our baby care products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets and KPIs.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in sales within the baby care industry, with a strong network of leads and contacts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successfully closing sales deals.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is preferred.

License/Certification:
