Ensure all Government related statutory documents are in place with validity.
- Timely renewal of CRs, Store Licenses, Baladiya certificates, Civil defense, Ministry of sports licenses Etc.
- Dealing with GOSI, QIWA, EJAR, FASAH, Chamber of Commerce
- Secure the necessary Government documents and permits for new stores based on approval and request.
- Timely closing of documents and certificates in any case where the store/ office gets closed.
- Liaising with municipality, economic department and any other government departments in relation to Trade Licence (CR), Baladiya, and SAGIA matters.
- Provide necessary documents for Customs, FDA upon requirements and act as company representative.
- Timely understanding and act with objections if any warnings or fines imposed on store and offices by the local authorities.
- Educate and update store managers on baladiya related matters.
- Keeping abreast with current laws and update the Head of finance on any changes
- Responding to operation enquiries on Baladiyaa/SAGIA/other Govt related matters.
- Organizes attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to commercial requirements.
- Provides advice to management on local and government services.
- Protect the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulation.
- Communicates with various government agencies for certification of documents and coordinates with third parties on documentation needs;
- Other duties as requested from time to time
