This is a key role in providing essential HR service for a Mini Cluster. The HR Manager will work closely with the local, Rotork Saudi Arabia, Middle East and South Africa leadership teams and site managers to enable effective delivery of strategic HR initiatives and proactively support managers and employees with best practice HR advice to deliver a high-performance workforce and engaged culture. You’ll work on a wide range of projects to ensure we optimize our organizational design, embed change, and build engagement whilst supporting the delivery of the global HR strategy into the business to build our culture, values, and capabilities.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager - South EMEA, in this role you will play a key role ensuring that we deliver brilliant people solutions to our colleagues, and you will be comfortable with challenging embedded perceptions and practices and a critical thinker with an enterprise mindset to drive a great employee experience. You’ll likely be a role model leader with experience of working in a fast-paced environment and coping with unexpected challenges whilst juggling multiple conflicting priorities. This would suit a proactive and driven HR Manager looking to gain well rounded experience in a standalone role whilst working together with the wider HR community.

**Experience Requirements**:

- HR Qualified with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in human resources as HR business Partner or HR Generalist
- Experience of HR management and project roles
- Solid and proven experience in the delivery of, management of employee relations, performance management and recruitment
- Uses up to date knowledge of best practice for the benefit of the business.
- Experience of managing and supporting team to grow and thrive.
- Fluent English
- Stakeholder management - able to engage and motivate others, particularly remotely.
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptable - able to cope with the unexpected
- Decision making - able to make decisions quickly and often without all the information available.
- Problem solving and ability to identify risk.
- Communication - clear and effective written and verbal skills
- Collaboration - able to build effective relationships at all levels, across different cultures, within a global matrix structure.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced changing environment and cope with unexpected challenges.
- Able to understand the broader Rotork and how local initiatives fit in with wider Rotork business and HR strategy.
- Comfortable challenging embedded perceptions and practices.
- Self-motivated; prepared to take the initiative; be proactive. A team player but also able to demonstrate a high level of initiative.
