700Apps is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects with a focus on enterprise-wide transformation and implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage enterprise-level projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders and the project team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Oversee change management processes, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of project deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial status reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-project reviews.
- Mentor and coach project team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as an Enterprise Project Manager, preferably in a large and complex organization.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation and implementation projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with change management processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
