In Saudi Arabia, SYSTRA has been ever present for more than 20 years and continues to expand and play its part in helping the Kingdom achieve its 2030 vision. With 400+ employees SYSTRA is involved in many of the Kingdoms iconic projects.

Within our Consulting business, we have an opportunity to establish a PMO to assist in the delivery of a regreneration programme within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; within this scope we are looking for a **Utilities (Wet/Dry Utilities) & Infrastructure Lead **to join this programme.

Missions/Main Duties:

- In this role you will get to provide leadership and direction for every phase of significant infrastructure and utilities projects or programs to assure onschedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations
- Develop indepth knowledge of client objectives contract terms and corporate policies The range of work will include but not be limited to roads tunnels electrical HV and LV networks telecoms networks potable water networks irrigation water pump station networks firefighting networks sewerage networks lighting and traffic signals and gas networks
- Lead unusually complex asset challenges and provides solutions that are highly creative in coordination with the Programme Director and other functional and delivery leads
- Manage complex and competing demands to ensure timely delivery of Utilities to the program needs, coordinate with City on Utility demands and planning & phasing of Utilities network.
- Lead the development and commercial management, including project wide third party agreements, using a variety of contract types to facilitate successful project delivery whilst managing project budgets and financials.
- Undertake project governance forums, to address issues, review status and manage key actions, work with the relevant support teams to implement robust change management and communications plans.
- Evaluate the performance of program in terms of cost, time and quality whilst reporting on project performance.
- Identify, manage and mitigate the delivery risk exposure to the business by ensuring adequate controls are identified and applied to Utility operations and planning.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to integrate utility planning into overall project development.
- Monitor and manage the performance of utility systems, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in utility technology and processes.

Profile/Skills:

- 15+ years global experience in leading infrastructure projects (wet and dry utilities).
- Experience as Utilities and Infrastructure Lead for a minimum of 5 large-scale multi-disciplinary projects, ideally working on large Masterplanning projects within brownfield / urban regeneration developments.
- In-depth knowledge of water, electricity, sewage, and telecommunications systems.
- Strong expertise in all aspects of infrastructure engineering and knowledge of best practices, with ability to provide practical, anticipatory and analytical advice and undertake and coordinate integrated technical reviews of work done by internal teams and consultants
- Proficient in utility management systems and software..
- Relevant professional certification(s).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with ability to prepare, lead and deliver design and technical workshops.
