**Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities of an Emergency Nurse:

- **Triage**: Assess and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition.
- **Emergency Interventions**: Administer life-saving treatments such as CPR, wound care, managing trauma injuries, administering medications, and stabilizing patients.
- **Patient Monitoring**: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and condition, responding to changes promptly.
- **Collaboration with Medical Teams**: Work closely with doctors, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document patient care, medications administered, and progress.
- **Patient and Family Support**: Provide education, reassurance, and emotional support to patients and their families in crisis situations.

Skills and Qualities of an Emergency Nurse:

- **Quick Decision-Making**: Ability to make rapid, well-informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
- **Calm Under Pressure**: Staying composed in chaotic and stressful environments.

Education and Certification:

- **Registered Nurse (RN) License**: Complete a nursing program and pass the NCLEX-RN exam.
- **Specialty Certifications** (optional but beneficial):

- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

**Qualification: Bsc Nursing**

Experience: 03 Years of experience in ER

Duty Hours: 08 hours per day
