**Project Planning and Management**:
As a Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of civil engineering projects at construction sites. This role involves ensuring the successful completion of construction projects while adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in project planning and scheduling activities.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop project timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.

**Site Inspection and Supervision**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress and quality.
- Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Address any issues or discrepancies identified during site inspections.

**Quality Assurance and Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction activities meet established standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on materials and completed work.
- Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to address any non-conformities.

**Resource Management**:

- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor resource usage and ensure efficient utilization to optimize project outcomes.
- Coordinate with procurement for the timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

**Health and Safety**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
- Conduct safety inspections and promote a culture of safety among site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and inspection reports.
- Prepare and submit project-related documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Generate regular progress reports for project stakeholders.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in civil engineering and construction projects, preferably in a site engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
