JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Designer with expertise in MEP BIM to work on THE LINE, a revolutionary project in Saudi Arabia aimed at transforming the way we live in cities. As a Senior Designer, you will join a team that inspires performance excellence and solutions-based approaches to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030. By joining JASARA, you will have the opportunity to work on the most exciting and complex programs to bring visible change within the Kingdom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and review MEP BIM models for THE LINE project
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to facilitate MEP design
- Manage MEP BIM models, clash detections, and resolution of interferences
- Assist in the creation of MEP BIM standards and procedures
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control of the MEP BIM models
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to junior designers
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and project team members

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 15 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling
- Strong understanding of BIM standards for MEP systems
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and project team members
- Experience in clash detection and resolution
- Experience in construction documentation and construction administration
- Experience in the civil engineering industry is preferred
