**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **SAP Business One Implementation & Configuration**:

- Participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP B1, including system setup, configuration, customization, and testing.
- Work with clients or internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and optimize SAP B1 modules based on specific business processes (such as finance, sales, inventory, production, and purchasing).
- **System Administration & Maintenance**:

- Manage the SAP B1 environment, including servers, databases, and user accounts.
- Conduct regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, backups, and performance tuning.
- Monitor system health and performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure mínimal downtime.
- **User Training & Support**:

- Provide end-user training sessions, manuals, and documentation to ensure efficient system use.
- Offer ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues related to SAP B1, and resolving user inquiries.
- Act as the main point of contact for SAP B1-related issues and coordinate with external vendors if necessary.
- **Customization & Development**:

- Customize SAP B1 forms, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business needs.
- Work with SDK (Software Development Kit) and other development tools to create customizations and integrate SAP B1 with other systems as needed.
- Develop and test custom queries, reports, and add-ons based on client or business requirements.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Manage data migration and data integration with SAP B1, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into business performance.
- Utilize SQL and Crystal Reports to generate reports as required by different departments.
- **Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement**:

- Conduct regular business process reviews to identify opportunities for improving system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify gaps and implement improvements in workflows and processes.
- Stay updated on SAP B1 developments, industry trends, and best practices, ensuring the organization maximizes its investment in SAP B1.
- **Compliance & Security**:

- Ensure SAP B1 system complies with industry and corporate security standards and protocols.
- Implement user access controls, security policies, and data protection practices to safeguard sensitive business information.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in SAP Business One implementation, administration, or consulting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, SAP B1 SDK, and other SAP B1-related tools.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues and improving workflows.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with users, management, and cross-functional teams.
- **Certifications**: SAP Business One certification is a plus, as are certifications in related areas like SQL or data analysis.

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
