**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Verify and cross-reference data for completeness and accuracy.
- Sort and organize documents and data files for easy retrieval.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Conduct quality checks on data entries and make necessary corrections.
- Adhere to data entry guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Continuously improve data entry processes for efficiency.
- Respond to data-related inquiries promptly.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and tools.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
