Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's presence in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and target potential clients, including government agencies, private sector companies, and multinational corporations, to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, to understand their needs and position our services effectively.
- Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, presentations, and bids for projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to develop customized solutions and deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our capabilities and establish thought leadership in the field.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development roles within the consulting or manpower industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics, regulatory environment, and business practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong network of contacts within the engineering, construction, and government sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
