**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy robust telecommunication solutions that meet or exceed clients' requirements and expectations.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and cost/benefit analyses to determine the best telecommunication solutions for clients' operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Project Managers, and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the project lifecycle and ensure seamless transition to post-implementation support.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of telecommunication systems, protocols, and technologies, including microwave, fiber optics, satellite communications, and wireless communication systems.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading projects from conception to delivery.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
