**JOB SUMMARY**:
QA Supervisor for NOV ISE based in Dammam, KSA.
This is a critical role within NOV ISE where you will assist with ensuring the integrity of the certified quality system requirements whilst advocating as the ‘voice of the customer’ demanding the highest quality expectations. You will work closely across the group supporting NOV ISE operations, aftermarket, product line and supply chain.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all company policies surrounding stock, health & safety, quality requirements and housekeeping are met
- Fully accountable for achieving and reporting on all relevant KPIs
- Implement and maintain quality management systems to measure and control quality in the production process
- Assist with quality standards for individual products and set out the standards in documents and processes for the production team
- Complete performance measurements and reporting requirements that set quality metrics for each stage of the production process
- Create documentation, such as quality manuals and procedures, and establish requirements for records management, document control and control of electronic data from inspection processes
- Work with operations to raise awareness of the importance of quality and train them in quality procedures
- Analyze quality problems to identify root causes and implement corrective action
- Take proactive measures, such as developing and implementing continuous improvement programs covering production processes and quality management systems - eliminating the causes of quality issues and reduce the risk of failure
- Agree on standards with suppliers and implement inspection processes to monitor incoming material
- Support 1st and 3rd party internal audits
- Monitor suppliers’ quality performance and implement corrective and preventative measures to deal with any quality issues
- Monitor feedback from customers by working closely with the facility to identify any quality concerns and liaise with customers to resolve any issues
- **Supplying **targets for yield improvements
- Cost analysis and defect drive down - addressing non-conformance issues with production team
- Management representative for the facility Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager

**Qualifications**:

- HND in a relevant quality/engineering/manufacturing qualification or equivalent
- Lead Auditor

**Experience**:

- Working knowledge within quality audit of manufacturing environment
- Understanding, implementing and improvement layered audit processes

**Skills, training or special knowledge**
- Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
- QMS
- Continuous Improvement Techniques including Kaizen, Lean
- 5 Whys
- 8D problem solving
- Good Manufacturing Process (GMP)
- Ishikawa
- Relevant experience of implementing a quality management system in line with the requirements of API Q1
