PetroApp, a leading automotive company, is on the lookout for an experienced Zoho Expert/Implementer to join our team. As a Zoho Expert/Implementer, you will assume a crucial role in optimizing and implementing Zoho solutions tailored to our organizational needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho modules to streamline processes
- Create automated workflows and effective integrations to enhance system functionality
- Provide training and support to users on Zoho tools and features
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements based on user feedback
- Stay current with Zoho developments and features to ensure optimal utilization of the platform

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Zoho implementation and administration
- Experience in customizing workflows, automations, and reports within Zoho
- Basic understanding of APIs and data integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with users and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in training and supporting end-users
