The opportunity

Project: This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in KSA, Riyadh. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.

The role is for an ID graduate with a knowledge of furniture design and placement. We are looking for someone who can work under pressure and work collaboratively as part of a successful team.

The principal role is for an ID graduate with a knowledge of furniture design and placement.

The job will focus on monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on contractor design execution progress and determining optimal furniture placement and ensuring designs are developed in compliance with project briefs and all scope changes are monitored and managed following change protocols.

The role will also offer the development of all soft and hard skills required for a construction project, encompassing health and safety, project management, planning, procurement, programming and handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with architects and other professionals such as engineers, to competently design buildings and deliver architectural projects across scheme phases, from the initial client briefing process where objectives are agreed and feasibility studies conducted, through conceptual and technical.
- Liaising with our multi-discipline team.
- Interfacing with third parties including statutory approving bodies on design-related matters.
- Providing general support to the architectural team work on mostly on luxury residential, VVIP projects and mixed-use projects.

About you

You must have Part 1 qualification (architectural degree) and proficient in AutoCAD or preferably, REVIT/Adobe Suite. You must be fluent in both English and Arabic.

You have requirements for the Part 1 roles include the willingness to learn, enthusiasm and being a good team player and being open to sharing ideas, as you will be working with fellow colleagues and other disciplines within the business.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and support strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
