The purpose of this role is to manage the front desk and serve as the face of the company, ensuring that all visitors and clients receive a warm welcome and professional service. The Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining efficient office operations by managing communications, handling administrative duties, and supporting various departments as needed.

**As a Receptionist, your daily workload might include**:

- First line of contact for all employees and visitors, 9am-5pm, greeting, receiving phone calls and coordinating with hosts professionally.
- Registration of visitors following our internal policy.
- Being a positive face to the company for employees and visitors at all times
- Ability to speak in a proper and well-mannered way in both Arabic & English.
- Supporting in daily operations with the landlord through communicating with contacts for maintenance, parking, & other daily activities.
- Conducting other supporting tasks under supervision to Places & People departments such as help in contacting vendors, event scheduling, preparing/extracting reports, operating visitor/Access control systems... etc. under supervision.
- Timely attendance daily and ensuring reception is occupied during working hours.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office such as excel & PowerPoint.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office such as excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
- Good multitasking abilities.
- Proven work experience as Administrative Assistant, Coordinator, or Receptionist.
