Compounding Supervisor Pvc, Cpvc

**Job Objective**:
To supervise the compounding process for the production of high-quality PVC materials, ensure production goals and technical standards are met, manage the team, and ensure continuous improvement of operational processes.

**Responsibilities**:1. **Compounding Operations Management**:

- **Supervision and Control**:

- Oversee all stages of the compounding process, including the mixing of PVC with other additives and pigments to achieve desired properties.
- Ensure that operations comply with quality and efficiency standards according to technical specifications.
- **Production Planning and Organization**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in preparing monthly and weekly production plans based on market demands.

2. **Quality Monitoring**:

- **Material Verification**:

- Conduct routine checks on raw materials and final compounds to ensure they meet specifications.
- Utilize various testing techniques, such as physical and chemical measurements, to confirm product quality.
- **Corrective Actions**:

- Analyze testing results and identify deviations, conducting investigations to determine their causes.
- Implement corrective actions and safeguards to ensure issues are not repeated.

3. **Team Management**:

- **Guidance and Training**:

- Lead and train team members to ensure their understanding of standard operating procedures.
- Organize regular workshops to enhance technical and productivity skills.
- **Performance Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular performance assessments of staff and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

4. **Maintenance and Operations**:

- **Collaboration with Maintenance Team**:

- Work with maintenance teams to ensure the safety and efficiency of equipment used in the compounding process.
- Conduct regular reviews of machinery and equipment to identify preventive maintenance needs.

5. **Process Improvement**:

- **Data Analysis**:

- Track performance of compounding operations using data and statistics to analyze efficiency.
- Suggest and implement enhancements to processes to achieve higher levels of quality and efficiency.

6. **Inventory Management**:

- **Stock Monitoring**:

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and additives, ensuring their continuous availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure materials of required quality in a timely manner.

7. **Safety Standards Implementation**:

- **Safety Training**:

- Ensure all team members comply with occupational health and safety procedures.
- Organize training sessions on environmental and safety standards to educate the team.

Pay: From ﷼2,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Compounding PVC, CPVC & PPR: 10 years (preferred)
