ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced E-Store Officer to join our team. As a leading solutions provider in the banking industry, ABANA offers comprehensive banking solutions to clients across the Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-store platform, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the e-store platform, ensuring all product listings, pricing, and information are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns for the e-store.
- Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and make recommendations for improving the user experience and driving sales.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock availability, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Process customer orders, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
- Work closely with the IT team to resolve any technical issues or bugs related to the e-store platform.
- Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics, and generate reports for management.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail.
- Proficiency in e-store management platforms and CMS (Content Management Systems).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- A basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) is a plus.
