Position title
- OpenShift Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer, maintain, and support a large enterprise-level microservices environment that includes Multiple clusters.
- Conduct level 2 troubleshooting activities (engage level 3 whenever required) in a thorough and systematic manner.
- Perform root cause analysis for issues and provide workarounds to ensure business continuity.
- Identify, analyze and resolve problems specifically on OpenShift, Network, and DB.
- Change Management: Prepare Implementation plan, rollback plan and test plan, and risk, and impact analysis for changes. Review the change plan and documentation prepared by peers.
- Perform routine, planned, and emergency maintenance (change planning and implementation) of Windows and Virtualization devices.
- Ensuring all microservices are added to the monitoring system with all required parameters.
- Availability and capacity planning and management: keep a track of uptime and capacity utilization of production clusters and client devices and publish reports to management.
- Analyze complex hardware and software issues associated with complex storage platforms including EMC, HDS, NetApp, and others
- Report on performance and capacities and make allocation recommendations based on trending.
- Participate in capacity planning and performance discussions and assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery exercises.
