- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Engage in effective communication to understand customer needs and present our services.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
- Maintain a detailed log of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and meetingsset.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.

**الشروط والمهارات**:

- Must be a Saudi national
- Located in Dammam or Khobar
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field
- Good skills in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently from home, with a reliable internet connection
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to attend regular office meetings
