- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects: Arrange appointments and organize presentations to showcase the company's offerings.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products: Develop engaging presentations to effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products or services.
- Conduct market research and share findings with the team: Gather information about the market, competitors, and customer preferences, and share the insights with the team to inform decision-making.
- Work alongside the team to develop strategies to increase the customer base: Collaborate with colleagues to devise plans and tactics aimed at expanding the company's customer base.
- Track all sales activities in the company's CRM system: Record and monitor sales activities, including customer interactions and progress, using the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments: Relay customer feedback and concerns regarding product issues or improvements to the relevant departments for resolution or enhancement.
- Meet and/or exceed quotas: Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets or quotas as outlined by the company.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers based on trust: Foster strong and trustworthy relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and support.
