**Job Summary**:
To be Responsible for providing guests with a warm, friendly, and efficient impression of the Spa and to perform all the operational functions of the Spa desk receptionist and reception counter reservations.

As a Spa Receptionist, we rely on you to,

Ensure that all clients are handled in a professional and efficient standard of excellence.
Greet all guests in a courteous manner - by name where possible.
Ensure Spa facilities, operations and service delivery are always of the highest standard.
Answer all telephone calls and enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Initiate the taking and distribution of messages if contacts are unavailable.
Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
Monitor and control all stocks and re-order supplies on a regular basis.
Coordinate guests’ consultation records with the spa therapists to ensure punctuality of service.
Familiarize with the spa packages, facilities and equipment and note preferences of guests.

**What we are Looking For**:
Preferably has an experience working in either Spa or Hotel background.
Has a passion for wellness and holistic health.
Communicates well in English.
Enjoys interacting with people, has strong interpersonal skills.
