**Demonstrator Chef**
(Kingdom _of Saudi Arabia_)
We are seeking a talented Demonstrator Chef to join our team. As the creative force behind our innovation center, you will be responsible for crafting, testing, and implementing new recipes that set new standards of excellence.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Execute, coordinate, and monitor innovation center functions under the guidance of the Head Chef.
- Plan and deliver engaging food demonstrations to inspire customers and drive sales.
- Assist customers in developing bakery, patisserie, and chocolate-making skills.
- Create decorative food displays and present food attractively.
- Prepare food samples upon request from the sales team.
- Conduct trials and provide analysis for new products, advising on their introduction to the company portfolio.
- Benchmark BanoPuratos products against competitors and provide insights on product performance.
- Develop cost-effective recipes to meet customer needs.
- Assist international chefs during demonstrations by coordinating preparations.
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to portion and presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and place orders within budget constraints.
- Notify the technical team about equipment maintenance.
- Guide and motivate sous-chef to work more efficiently.
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Ensuring a clean and well-organized innovation center
- Stay updated with emerging baking and pastry techniques and practices, sharing knowledge across the department.
**Profile**
- 5 to 10 years of pastry, baking, and chocolate making experience
- Baking degree, or any related field
- Fluent in English Arabic, French is a plus
- Knowledge of pastry, bakery, and chocolate techniques, and principles
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools
