JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior STR (Structural) Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. As a Senior STR Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, maintenance, and monitoring of structural elements in various infrastructure projects. Your expertise and passion for excellence will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of structural components for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and project specifications.
- Conduct detailed structural analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to determine the structural integrity and stability of infrastructure assets.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide technical expertise during the planning, design, and construction phases of projects.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, calculations, and reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform site inspections and evaluate existing structures to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate remedial measures.
- Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address technical challenges, resolve conflicts, and ensure project objectives are met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) license.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards related to structural design and analysis.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex structural issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring a team of engineers.
