**الوصف ومتطلبات الوظيفة**:
**Job Summary - **Registrar ( Medical Surgery)**:
This physician is expected to perform a variety of duties and assignments to look after all those patients assigned to him within his capabilities, knowledge and skills. Competent in delivering the highest standard of medical care and be familiar with modern therapy and practice of medicine. This physician will function under the supervision of a Consultant level physician to gain a training and education in his /her specialty.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Licensure**:

- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)degree or its equivalent from a recognized medical school.
- Master Degree or High Medical Degree such as (Saudi Board, Arab Board, American Board or Canadian, Fellowship, MRCP, MD, etc.) in the same specialty or its equivalent internationally recognized qualifications.
- A valid professional license to practice the specialty in the country of origin and Licensure from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
- Current valid certification of Basic Life Support or obtaining that within 3 months of commencement of employment.

**Professional Experience**:

- Work experience is not mandatory after obtaining high medical Professional degree or fellowship in his/her subspecialty.
- **For Master Degree**:Minimum of (2) years of professional experience in the Professional practice of the specialty after obtaining the Master Degree.

**Preferred**:

- Professional experiences in the related field of specialization

**Specialized Knowledge & Skills**:

- Must be well versed in the field of his/her specialty.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic language is essential requirement.
- Excellent leadership & communication skills.
- Ability to cope with large workload, changing priorities and responsibilities emotionally stable and in good physical health.
