The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the UKG and SAP SuccessFactors systems post-go-live, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business needs. This role will focus on maintaining system performance, supporting end-users, and driving continuous improvement.
Detailed Responsibilities:
**System Maintenance and Optimization**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the UKG and SAP SuccessFactors systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Collaborate with IT to schedule and manage system upgrades and patches.
- Optimize system configurations to align with business requirements.
**User Support and Training**
- Provide support to end-users and address system-related concerns.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
- Maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
**Data Management and Reporting**
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
- Manage data migration and integration between HRIS and other systems.
**System Integration and Projects**
- Oversee the integration of HRIS with other systems for seamless data flow.
- Support HR and IT projects related to system enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system coordination.
**Compliance and Security**
- Ensure HRIS systems adhere to organizational policies and legal standards.
- Manage system access and maintain data confidentiality.
- Participate in audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
