The Role
**Roles and Responsibilities**: As a Data Governance Strategist, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive data governance strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives. Your role will involve developing and promoting a data governance framework that ensures data quality, integrity, and security across the enterprise. You will collaborate with senior leadership to establish data policies, standards, and practices that foster a culture of data stewardship and compliance. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in advancing the organization's data governance maturity and achieving measurable improvements in data management practices.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 12 to 16 years Skills: "Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing data governance strategies. Policy Development: Creating and enforcing data policies and standards. Data Quality: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with senior leadership and business units. Change Management: Driving organizational change and data stewardship. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to data protection regulations. Technology Proficiency: Using data governance tools and technologies."
