- Ensure that all program activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on key operational metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making and enhance program outcomes
- Work closely with the Program Manager to provide strategic support in engaging with investors and sponsors whilst playing a pivotal role in fostering relationships and coordinating the recruitment of startups, contributing to the program's growth and success
- Identify areas for operational improvement and spearhead the implementation of strategic solutions to enhance efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or an MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably within a startup ecosystem, accelerator, incubator, or related entrepreneurial environment
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams across different functions, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards achieving operational excellence
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a demonstrated ability to implement new processes and technologies that enhance operational efficiency
- Alignment with the accelerator’s values and mission, with a strong interest in supporting startups and fostering entrepreneurship
