**Requirements**:
Minimum of B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, or Energy industries.
Analytical skills
Problem solving and decision making ability
Project management & leadership skills
Communications and influential skills
Contribute to Aromatics technology roadmap development as per our client strategy including improvement and growth opportunities for the existing assets by providing techno-economic feasibility study to Business Unit and affiliates. Innovation contribution to create and deliver new ideas for Aromatics project portfolio as per Business strategy and guideline.
Create and execute new improvement projects with related to GHU (Gas Hydrotreater Unit) to enhance the performance of existing Aromatics plants in terms of energy efficiency, specific feed consumption and improve the sustainability & Environmental footprints. Continuous development of Aromatics portfolio related to plant support and technology programs.
Addresses safety-related technology aspects and assesses underlying risks at advanced level of complexity to mitigate operational and safety risks.
Train and Mentor young project leaders, effectively utilize global engineering resources and assets in strategic breakthrough technology development projects
Ability to define, read, review and set up JDA, NDA, Patents, etc. Ability to distinguish which information can be shared based on confidentiality agreements in order to assure protection of intellectual property.
