As a Coiled Tubing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role
in overseeing and coordinating coiled tubing operations in accordance with
company policies, client requirements, and industry standards. The successful
safe and efficient execution of coiled tubing projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational**
**Leadership**: Lead and supervise coiled tubing operations, ensuring
compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- **Team**
**Management**: Manage a team of coiled tubing operators, providing
guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and
productivity.
- **Equipment**
**Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance and inspection of coiled tubing
equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and
meets safety standards.
- **Client**
**Interaction**: Liaise with clients to understand project requirements,
address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **HSE**
**Compliance**: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, conducting
regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and ensuring all team members
adhere to safety protocols.
- **Quality**
**Assurance**: Monitor and maintain the quality of coiled tubing services,
implementing improvements as necessary to enhance overall operational
efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Petroleum Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering) is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of experience in coiled tubing operations, with a
proven track record of successful project management.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in coiled tubing operations and supervisor roles
are highly desirable.
- **Technical**
**Skills**: Proficient in the operation and maintenance of coiled tubing
equipment, with a strong understanding of downhole tools and techniques.
- **Communication**
**Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- **Leadership**
**Abilities**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills.
