**Job Responsibility**Develop and enhance the capability with respect to Cloud computing/AI/ML/Bigdata.
- Designing and developing tools and software with regards to Earth and Environmental system sciences.
- Working experience in mathematical data optimization techniques, algorithm design, statistics, and machine learning to improve decision-making capabilities.
- Consulting and Advisory Experience is a must.
