As an Event Hostess, you'll be the face of the event, embodying elegance, warmth, and grace from the moment guests arrive until the final farewell. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Welcoming Guests**: Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive.
- **Providing Assistance**: Offer assistance and guidance to guests, directing them to various event locations, amenities, and activities with confidence and professionalism.
- **Upholding Brand Image**: Represent our client's brand with integrity and enthusiasm, maintaining a polished appearance and adhering to brand guidelines at all times.
- **Enhancing Guest Experience**: Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable event experience for all attendees.
- **Engaging with Guests**: Foster positive interactions with guests, engaging in friendly conversation, and creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression.
- **Assisting with Event Logistics**: Collaborate with event organizers and fellow staff members to ensure the smooth execution of event logistics, including registration, seating arrangements, and more.
- **Handling Guest Inquiries**: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- **Maintaining Professionalism**: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, respecting the privacy and discretion of all event attendees.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is preferred but not required
