Duties & Responsibilities:

- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Assists in ARM and Governmental HSE requirements.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures.

- Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Telephone operating experience / customer support
- Time management

- Microsoft office skills
- Back office experience eg. Handling and filing of documents
