**Primary Responsibility and Accountability**
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Direct unresolved issues to the manager.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Train and assist computer users.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

**Minimum Experience & Qualifications**

1. 2-3 years of proven experience as Help Desk Technician.

2. Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3. Working knowledge of windows operating systems (desktop and servers), Exchange, active directory, DNS, firewalls, network security, policies, etc.

4. English and Arabic languages are a must.

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
