- **Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a camp, overseeing staff and managing resources to ensure the camp runs efficiently and safely.**:

- **Must have good communication and computer skills, Ex. Report making etc.**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience handling and lead the camp**

**Camp Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the worker accommodation camp.
- Ensure that all facilities are maintained to a high standard.

**Health and Safety**:

- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

**Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise camp staff, including cooks, cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
- Schedule shifts and manage workloads.

**Logistics and Supplies**:

- Manage inventory of food, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.
- Coordinate the procurement of supplies as needed.

**Budget Management**:

- Assist in preparing and managing the camp budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.

**Resident Welfare**:

- Address the needs and concerns of the camp residents.
- Organize recreational and social activities.

**Reporting**:

- Maintain records and prepare reports on camp operations.
- Communicate with management regarding any issues or improvements.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain documentation related to worker accommodations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in camp management or a similar role, preferably in a remote or construction environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
